In the past week, Camden has started saying lots of words. I was starting to worry a little because another child who is a few months younger than Camden says lots of words. Camden jabbered a lot but didn’t really say anything. Here are the words (and what they actually sound like when Camden says them) that we’ve heard:
Uh-oh! (Oh-oh)
Zoom! (zhuuuuuu)
Horse (hohs)
Look! (yoot)
Truck (chuch or shuchs or tuts or chuts or something like that) FAVORITE WORD AWARD!
Animal sounds he knows:
Roof-Roof –dog bark
Roar! (Roh)—He says it every time we read his dinosaur book and we see the T-rex
Elephant trumpet sound (Brian is teaching us both how to do it. Camden points to elephants in different stories and makes the sound, even when we’re in church!)
He can show us where his belly button is. He can also tell us he wants milk and “please’’ using sign language, though ‘milk’ happens a lot more than ‘please’.
I am totally amazed by how much he can do and all the things he is learning.

Sounds like he is growing a lot!
We love your little boy. Such a cute kid, hopefully we get to see him soon.
Soooooo cute. Only 3 wks and we will see him. I can't wait!!
Kyle used to say "howt" for "milk." Don't worry, it's totally normal. :)
He's so cute. We miss you guys.
