Maryland trip preview

Our car seat arrived at our door about 2 minutes ago, which means all of us are back home. Car seat got an extended stay in Detroit while the rest of us had to get back to normal life a day earlier.

Anyway, we had a very refreshing vacation to Maryland for about a week. We visited Gettysburg, several Smithsonian museums, Mount Vernon, Philadelphia, some Amish towns, Camden Yards, Baltimore Harbor, the DC temple, Arlington, and the National Cathedral. Whew! Grandma and Grandpa Marchant were fabulous tour guides and spoiled us by taking care of Camden while we wandered around. We'll tell more about it in future posts.

I miss you guys!! Everytime I go down the stairs, I see Camden scooting down backwards. I'm sure one morning he will be standing by the toy box and turn around to say "TRUCK". Love you!!
